Become an AI-Native People Leader.
In one 2-hour live build, you'll walk out with an AI agent that writes your JDs, screens your shortlist, schedules interviews, and answers policy questions, so your team stops doing it by hand. No code. No consultants. You don't leave until it's running.
→ For HR, talent acquisition & people leaders at mid-market manufacturers, distributors & energy companies
The Real Problem
You're not behind on AI.
You've got five AI tools and zero leverage, because AI is a tab, not a teammate,
and every req still routes through you.
Your recruiters live in ChatGPT. You've signed off on Copilot. Someone expensed an AI screening tool. But none of it knows your ATS, your roles, your comp bands, or your culture, so every JD starts from a blank box, every shortlist gets reworked by hand, and your time-to-fill hasn't moved. Using AI makes you a little faster. Building an agent on top of it makes you dangerous: the same 60% of the work, done before the morning standup. The HR and talent leaders who make that jump in the next 12 months take a decade-long lead. That's what AI-native means, and it's exactly what you'll build on July 8.
Your Instructors
Not theorists. Two operators who ship the agents and build the talent function.
Raj Rentla
A decade shipping AI agents for Fortune 500s and growth-stage companies. This workshop is the same 3-layer system we deploy for six figures, built live with you.

What You'll Build. Live
Pick your function. Walk out with the agent.
This isn't a demo you watch. Every attendee builds a real agent on their own laptop. Pick the track that matches your function, or if you wear more than one hat, build whichever part of the employee lifecycle is bleeding most. You choose when you register, and you leave with it running.
Talent Acquisition Agent
Job descriptions and scorecards, Boolean sourcing, resume screening, interview kits, candidate comms and scheduling, and offer drafts, your agent runs the req so recruiters can recruit.
- Time-to-screen from days to minutes
- First-pass JD + scorecard in 10 minutes
- 50%+ of recruiter admin gone
People Ops Agent
Onboarding plans, policy Q&A, employee comms, case notes, performance-review drafts, and HR ticket triage, the agent handles the queue so HRBPs can partner.
- Policy answers in seconds, not a ticket queue
- Onboarding plans drafted in minutes
- 10+ hours/week back per HRBP
Talent Management Agent
Skills mapping, succession slates and 9-box, L&D content and learning paths, engagement-survey synthesis, and workforce reports, the connective tissue across your whole talent strategy.
- Succession slates and 9-box in an afternoon
- Skills gaps mapped across the whole org
- Workforce reports that update themselves
The Architecture
The 3-Layer AI Agent System.
Every agent we install for six-figure clients sits on these same three layers. Miss one and you're left with a fancy chatbot. Build all three, in order, and it starts working like a teammate, the first 60% of the job done before you sit down. This is the exact blueprint we build together in the session.
Context
The operating memory your agent runs on.
- Your company, roles, policies, and culture, encoded once so your agent never forgets and never asks twice.
- Role-aware: TA sees roles + scorecards, HRBP sees policies + cases, talent sees competencies + succession. Built live in the session.
Skills
The playbook your best operator would run.
- Job descriptions, interview kits, onboarding plans, policy answers, review drafts, each a reusable Skill your agent runs on command.
- Your SOPs rewritten into instructions an AI can run, the way your #1 performer would do it, available to everyone.
Automation
The agent that acts before you ask.
- Trigger-based execution: emails, forms, calendar events, ATS updates, the agent works in the background while you focus on people.
- A reasoning layer on top of your stack (not another Zapier) that runs the first 60% of every workflow before a human touches it.

Reserve My Seat · $249 →What Executives Are Saying
From leaders who stopped talking and started building.
Real leaders, real titles, names withheld at their request. Each one walked in with a tab full of ChatGPT and walked out with an agent running their hiring.
I'd sat through six AI keynotes this year. This was the first one where I opened my laptop, built something, and had it running by the next morning. My recruiting team got 20 hours back in week one.
Spent $40K on a "digital transformation" advisor who shipped three slide decks. Two hours with Raj and Madhuri and I had an agent handling 60% of our screening and scheduling. My team now runs it across every req.
My team was drowning in admin, JDs, screening, onboarding, policy questions, reports. Now our agent drafts everything and we approve. We gave the people team its time back and scaled hiring without adding headcount.
Questions
Things people ask before they buy.
Do I need coding experience?
Zero. You'll write plain English into text files. If you can write a job description, you can build this agent.
Will this work with our ATS and HRIS (Workday, Greenhouse, Lever)?
Yes. The agent works alongside your stack, not instead of it. We build it to understand your roles, templates, and process, and you can wire it to your ATS/HRIS through the Automation layer. Nothing gets ripped out.
Is candidate and employee data safe?
You stay in control. You decide exactly what the agent can see, it runs in your own workspace, and nothing is sent back to us or used to train models. We walk through the data-handling setup live so your team is comfortable.
What AI tool will we be using?
Claude Code and Claude Pro ($20/mo, free to start). The system is portable, the same Context and Skills work with ChatGPT, Cursor, and most modern agent platforms. You're not locked to a vendor.
I can't attend live. Is it still worth it?
Yes, you'll get the session recording. That said, register live if you can, the real-time Q&A and building alongside other people leaders is the highest-value part.
Can I bring my team or is this a single seat?
Each ticket is one seat. If you're bringing your leadership team, email team@projecta.ai for group pricing. Most teams send 2–4 leaders from TA, HRBP, and L&D to build function-specific agents in parallel.
The Fork in the Road
In 12 months you'll either be the leader who brought AI in,
or the one who watched someone else do it.
Two hours. One laptop. Your agent, built live, running your hiring and people ops by the time you close the session. You don't need permission, a budget, or a consultant. You need a seat, and the willingness to build.
