I'd pay particular attention to CFS Electric, B&H Electric, Butterfield Electric, Paschke Electric, SCWCE, and Electrical Concepts. Their published information points more toward commercial construction/subcontracting and ongoing GC coordination than simply being electrical service companies.

One important distinction: a contractor can have excellent homeowner reviews and still not be a strong commercial GC subcontractor. For a GC, I'd verify C-10 license status, bonding capacity, EMR/safety record, manpower, self-perform capability, schedule performance, change-order practices, and references from other GCs before putting them on a bid list.
